Privacy information

We use the contact and journey details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage an agreed booking. Do not submit card details, passport copies or unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries and staff operational records are stored in Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. Staff email alerts use Resend and contain an enquiry reference rather than your message or contact details. If you accept a quote, staff may use Stripe to issue an invoice; payment information is entered on Stripe-hosted pages.

Browser storage

Staff login uses authentication cookies. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms.

Your information

Contact Miss Tours to request access, correction or deletion of your details. Information needed for an agreed service or legally required records may need to be retained.

Publication pending business review: legal controller details and retention period must be supplied before launch. Retention period not yet approved.
